I starting going to Michelle in January 2021, and she was professional, pleasant and very caring from the first day. In 2012, I was diagnosed with menopause and my hair was thinning and as a result of this, I got my hair cut and began to use partial pieces to fill out my hair. I met Michelle in May 2021 due to relocating from California. Michelle encouraged me to remove my tracks due to the excessive bald spots that she noticed. I was hesitant at first because the pieces were a comfort and clutch for me due to my embarrassment of my thinning hairline, however I trusted her and took a leap. Now almost a year to meeting Michelle, my hair has completely grown out and the bald spots are filled. I can’t express gratitude and thankfulness enough for meeting Michelle. She is phenomenal and a pleasure to have as a hair stylist.
